*stabs self* I want...more time to do stuff. T___T Blame my addiction for MMOs for being this way. -.- I have a huge pile of sketches to CG and I already missed two of my supposed deadlines (and at this rate, I'll loose getting commissioners. Nyuu.. ><), but still...I don't feel motivated to CG. =/ If I DO start on something...either it'll finish looking like crap or just end up in my unfinished PSDs folder.
...and my very, very short summer vacation is about to end.
*sigh*
I also...ended up semi-quitting Audition because of a new game called Monato Esprit. I've been playing for about 10 days, but now the game's closing because Open Beta is over. I'll miss my Hwarang and her hard-earned Aggresive Tiger's Sword of the Ancients. T____T;

Well...I'm off to search for a new MMO to play. The only good f2p games I've seen so far are Florensia and Mo Siang, but Florensia's not out yet and Mo Siang's...on a Malay server. Lol. But a lot of my Monato friends are moving to RosePH (Yes, PH. PHILIPPINE SERVER. O__O), so...I'm still not sure but I guess I'm gonna play with them for now. xD
Ah, and I'll be leaving for Hong Kong tomorrow. I'll post pictures when I come back~ :)

New Year's last night was fuu~un! Our family didn't check in at a hotel like we used to because of our Chirstmas trip to Baguio. >< BUT we went to my cousin's house, ate really yummy food and then started fireworks at around 8. I have to say that my brother's one heck of a chicken (isang malaking DUWAG. XD)--me and my little 11 year old cousin are the ones lighting up the fireworks. XD (we use matchsticks and lighters :O) 10 minutes before 12 me and my dad set up the fountains in the middle of the road, and our neighbors went out to watch when we lit it at 12. It was really pretty! <3 After that we stayed outside to watch our other neighbors, and at 1AM we went back inside the house to watch the news about the victims of fireworks. I went to bed at 2AM. ^^
This morning my mom woke me up at 9 and said that we were leaving AGAIN to another aunt's house. >< She also told me that their computer there was full of viruses that my cousin caught from Friendster (No offense to Friendster users, but I do believe that that site is fucking shit)--so I spent the entire visit fixing their computer. x__x It was better than having to do nothing at all. My cousin there, Alex, isn't really a good friend of mine, too. She's a spoiled little fat ass brat.
...and I almost puked when I saw that she owns a Ragnarok Online shirt EXACTLY THE SAME as mine. (It's one of my favorites, too. T__T)
At 3PM we went to their house in Antipolo. It was at the very peak of one of the mountains, the house is a kubo (but it had a computer lol XD), and they had some pet chickens there. ^^ We stayed to watch the sunset and see the city lights. It was a really nice view, and the air was soo refreshing. XD That pretty view gave me the inspiration and idea I needed for one of my contest entries! So expect a full-background CG from me before Jan. 8th~ :D SCORE!

Ohhhh *random change of topic* and my aunt are inviting our family to visit Hong Kong in summer~! :O *excited*

Because it's 10PM and I have to wake up at 4AM tomorrow and bring my grandmother to Baguio which is 5 hours from here and I'm forced to go because she really misses the place and the last time she was there was like 50 years ago ftw so here I am making a really really quick Christmas post to greet you guys and I'M OFF TO BED I'll edit this on Wednesday when I get back! 3 more days 'til Christmas~
...and our family reunion. I don't want to go ;__; I have CGs to finish >< My mom said that bringing my laptop there would be "showing off", so..bleh.
I'm downloading Digimon seasons 1-4 right now, aaand...I'll make icons for it. YES, ICONS! XD I miss graphic design. Before I started CGing, my Photoshop was installed for graphic designing purposes. XDD And ever since #unreal sort of died, I haven't been making any. Icons, sigs, layouts. Making this LJ layout made me want to go back~! SO this summer I'll be buying a domain, for my CGs, graphics, and my 2-years-abandoned Digimon revival site (I've bee a really hyper Digimon mood since the new OP for Savers came out <3). All this planning made me sleep at 2am last night, lol. XD
My current WIPs! (sorry for the crappy quality XD I own the messiest sketches in the world!)
(Left) Saber from Fate/Stay Night, my long overdue 3K kiriban image for Lumella over at my DA. This is going to be hard to CG, but it'll be good practice. ^^

13 hours of sleep--probably the longest sleep I've had this year.

Sucks because they'll remain like this, because I won't be coloring them anymore.

Yesterday was a mess.
I spent half the day struggling in the coloring process my first lineart, and gave up after countless attempts in coloring the hair. I still had time so I sketched a new picture, scanned it, and started inking. I finished the inks around 8PM.. and just when I was about to color, my mom called.

I have no more motivation to finish my entry... Before I typed this, I tried it again, but failed. I just can't do anything right now.

After 4 hours of coding/editing/swearing/crying, my LJ layout is finally done! It's been a long time since I last glaced at CSS codes. This layout features art by Nino, found somewhere around the 'net a long, long time ago. (Good thing I still remember the artist XD) Grey/white theme, and overuse of brushes. Fiddled with for around 1-2 hours in Photoshop, words added in Fireworks. :D
The first half of my day was spent struggling with my tablet and Photoshop, in attempt to actually START on my entry for zeiva's Other Age contest. Why is it that I can't draw fancy prince-and-princess themes right? -___- I'm itching to draw Orem or Neody with a gun, and turn Princess into some wicked mage-witch. Ftw. XD Ah, and the deadline is tomorrow. Go me.

'Am copying this off my DeviantArt journal...because things like this rarely happen and it's uber crazy, lol. XD
'mkay. Today is probably the. happiest. day. of. my. life. XDDD *happy dance* XD but before I get into the details, I'll talk about our depressed-community exposure activity today~
The place is called East Triangle, where about 2000 lower-class people live. When it floods, the water reaches an average person's neck, and the place has caught fire three times already. It was a small area for 2000 people to live, but they still manage to live there. The objective of our class' trip there was to be "exposed" to life other than our own, and to realize that life is VERY different in the lower class. We were paired by two's (I went with riyuji XD) and was assigned to a certain family where we got to know them and their current lives. In our case, there was a baby and a 6-year old girl in the family, which kept yelling and yelling at each other (it's like their way of playing..ehe) after we fed them with Jolibee Chickenjoy (a kid's favorite here in the Philippines). Later they toured us around the place...which was...like a maze XD There was a little marketplace, 4 billiards area and a creek. The activity ended around 2pm, then our class had a sharing time of what they experienced in the exposure. There were touching ones and really, really weird ones...but overall it was a fun experience. ^^

My mom went uber hyper when I told her this.. :D :D I showed her the picture of my entry in the LU!LIVE gallery, and she quickly called my dad and told him the news, too. XDD lol, wheee~ :D
